Our unpasteurized Chai Honey is made in Alberta. We developed this spicy sweet honey to use in your hot tea, milk and coffee. We suggest you try it in your oatmeal , on your toast or in your favourite sweet cinnamon recipes. It also makes an 'instant Chai' when adding a teaspoon to your black tea with a splash of cream.
